Shipping policy

Shipping:

Standard delivery (7-14 working days): We will fulfil all orders within 24 hours of us receiving your order. We have limited stock in our US and UK warehouses, which means your order will most likely be shipped from our Australian warehouse. Please be aware of possible shipping taxes.

Shipping Taxes:

Some countries where duty taxes or import charges apply you the customer are liable to pay these extra fees. We advice you check your countries policy to make sure you know the extra fees that may apply.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS:

Custom orders are handcrafted. These take around 4-6 weeks to complete. On rare occasions we are able to complete your custom piece in a shorter or longer time period. Whilst we aim to complete your custom piece in 4-6 weeks this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables that determine the production time of your custom piece.

If your custom piece has been delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

What happens if your order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived after 7-14 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.

We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure please contact us.

If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help simply contact us.
